General Delivery Information
All deliveries are tracked.
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order, the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.
What happens if I am not home when my MELIN Package is delivered?
If you are not at home to collect your parcel, you will receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for some reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all jewellery that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging with an exception of earrings which are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Please email us at hello@melincollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a return address and instructions on how to return the item.
Unfortunately, we don't offer pre-paid returns. Once we've received your item back in the original and unworn condition, we'll issue a full refund.
We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days from when we received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to hello@melincollection.com
If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
