WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, please pop over an email to hello@melincollection.com and we will help sort it out.
WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Duties and taxes for international customers are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover this cost.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we currently don't provide a click and collect pick-up service.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Once you have received your order, you can drop us an email to return any unwanted items.
